Mark is a very accomplished player, coming from a musical family that is involved with the Salvation Army. He was Solo Cornet until taking on the responsibility of Flugel.

Hamish returned to playing about two years ago, He has competed at Championship level and is a keen soloist.

Nicola is a devoted member of the band, not only involved with the JIB but also the Borders Brass Band Association itself. Previously Solo Horn until taking on the Flugel position briefly.

2nd Horn
Adrienne only started playing 4 years ago, Now a very dependable and determined musician we are sure it wont be long before she is eager to solo !

Stuart is about to complete his university course at Salford University. He hopes to secure music based work within the Scottish Borders.
